Rollen vil rapportere til Nordic Finance Director og ha personalansvar for en person i dag. Som Finance Manager for Norge skal du sikre gode prestasjoner og kvalitesarbeid i avdelingen. Stillingen har ansvar for intern og ekstern rapportering, kontrollering av prosesser og regnskap i henhold til selskapets og lokale myndigheters retningslinjer i tillegg til generelle regnskapsoppgaver for avdelingen. Som Finance Manager i Norge evner du og har interesse for å jobbe hands-on i tillegg ha det totalte overblikke. Du vil også i samarbeid med Nordic Financial Director lede selskapets finance associates og samarbeide med kollegaer i tilsvarende rolle i norden. Vi ser derfor etter en person med gode lederegenskaper og gode dokumenterte resultater fra en lignende stilling som kan tilrettelegge for solide resultater og et godt miljø i avdelingen og hovedkontoret i norge.
